Bear with Me

Brisbane ukulele duo Tyrone and Lesley present their playful music and theatre show Bear with Me, which is specifically made for children and their bears. This is the 10th anniversary season of the show, written by David Megarrity, which has also played in Melbourne, Adelaide, and Perth in the intervening years.
Part concert, part drama and part playtime (and totally warm and fuzzy) Bear with Me is playful, ukulele-ful, and made for joining in. It’s about looking after, and being looked after. Sometimes it’s no picnic being a Teddy bear, but being cherished makes the rougher moments bearable.
This highly interactive show uses song, dance, and comedy, and is an excellent introduction to theatre for little ones aged 3-6 years. Be sure to bring your bear!
There will also be two Pyjama Party sessions during the season – for the evening shows on 7 & 10 December, little ones (and grown ups) are welcome to attend in their PJs and be lulled into a peaceful sleepy state, ready for bed.
