Wynnum Fringe Festival, George Clayton Park
Please note that GODZ is for audiences aged 18+
Following an award-winning season at Melbourne Fringe, Head First Acrobats is bringing their sexy, stunt-filled production GODZ to Brisbane for Wynnum Fringe Festival.
Head First Acrobats company director Thomas Gorham said the bare chests, hilarious antics, and high-energy acrobatic stunts of Cupid (God of Love), Hercules (God of Strength) and Dionysus (God of Wine) would leave audiences breathless and wanting more.
“Our team of talented artists know exactly what makes a crowd tick and a performance shine, putting their all in on stage to bring their unique mix of storytelling, circus stunts and physical prowess in a way you won’t really know until you see the show,” Mr Gorham said. “But the talent here at Head First Acrobats aren’t just known for their incredible looks… their personality is what makes the show special.”
“Along with acrobatics and seemingly impossible stunts, the performers give a performance that has crowds in constant stitches,” Mr Gorham added. “The GODZ know what the people want and deliver it in a golden goblet, connecting to the crowd, dropping jaws, and leaving nothing to be desired when the final curtain closes, except the chance to experience it all again.”
The performance was awarded Best Circus Perth Fringe 2022, People’s Choice Award Melbourne Fringe 2022, and Critics Choice Weekly Adelaide Fringe 2022.
