David Massingham’s Little Sketch Book of Horrors

27 – 30 October 2022

Big Fork Theatre, Fortitude Valley

Tickets from $20

Following a successful run at the 2019 Melbourne International Comedy Festival, David Massingham brings his solo sketch comedy spookshow to Fringe Brisbane in time for Halloween.

Little Sketch Book of Horrors is a night of spooks, scares, and sketch comedy in the tradition of sketch luminaries like Rowan Atkinson, Shaun Micallef and Fry and Laurie – prepare yourself for hilarious tales of the macabre and a sketch storytime session to die for.

Little Sketch Book of Horrors follows on from Massingham’s critically acclaimed debut show Sketch Me Like One of Your French Girls. As a champion improviser and a Raw Comedy state finalist, the comedian is no stranger to fringe and comedy festivals, launching sellout improv and sketch comedy seasons at Brisbane’s Wonderland Festival, the Adelaide Fringe Festival, and Melbourne International Comedy Festival. With his previous sketch comedy group The Sexy Detectives, he received an Artist’s Choice nomination at Wild West Comedy Festival in Perth, became a top five finalist in Comedy Channel’s Comedy Gold comp, and was featured on ABC TV.
