Scandal erupts at The North Pole when one of Santa’s eight reindeer accuses him of sexual harassment. As mass media descends upon the event, the other members of the sleigh team have agreed to share their perspectives, for an intimate audience of 13 at Preece House, Nerang.
Go behind the tinsel in this dark Christmas comedy by Jeff Goode as each monologue implicates everyone, from the littlest elf to the tainted saint himself, and a horrific tale of corruption and perversions emerges.
The Drama Merchant, (formerly known as Nathan Schulz presents), owes its origin to entering into the Brisbane Anywhere Festival in 2015, and taking to the festivals premise that theatre can be performed in any space. Since then, The Drama Merchant has performed intimate, immersive, interactive shows relying on location and audience imagination in antique stores, basements, sound studios, garages, haunted houses, cafés, parks, heritage houses, and even on board a 1960’s tram!
