MILLENNIAL: Hits of the 90s & 00s

11 July 2025

The Augathella Spiegeltent – Wynnum Fringe

Stop right now! Fringe World favourite Lisa Woodbrook is heading to Wynnum Fringe for the very first time with her hit show, MILLENNIAL: Hits of the 90s and 00s. The award-winning performer is a regular on the Fringe festival circuit, having captivated audiences with her powerhouse vocals and comedic timing at Edinburgh, Adelaide and Perth Fringe festivals, and the songstress is delighted to finally be coming to Brisbane for Wynnum Fringe.

For one night only on Friday, July 11, Lisa and her sexy backup dancers will celebrate the MILLENNIAL generation with an infectious dance-party and sing-along, featuring renditions of hit tracks by the Spice Girls, Backstreet Boys, Britney Spears, Alicia Keys, Robbie Williams, Beyoncé and many more.

“I’m so excited to be jumping back into my silver space suit for a special one-night only performance at Wynnum Fringe,” says Woodbrook. “Brisbane holds a special place in my heart, as it’s where I studied and perfected my craft. I spent three years studying at the Queensland Conservatorium of Music, so while it felt fitting to premiere MILLENNIAL at home, I always knew Brisbane had to be next.”

“This upcoming Fringe season is extra special to me as it’s the first time I’ve performed one of my original works in Brisbane. I can’t wait to be back!” Woodbrook added. “The premiere season was so much fun in Perth, we sold out and added an additional encore season and it was great to see everyone singing and dancing along. It’s all the music you know and love, with a bit of comedy in between and it’s just a fun night out for anyone to enjoy – whether you grew up singing those songs in the playground or they were the songs you danced to in the clubs. The 90s and 00s were a great time, and the tunes were banging!”
